Ceiling drywall was cracked. Room smelled and felt of moisture. I asked the friendly staff if they could move us to a new room and they did. While we were getting settled in the new room, my daughter had a bug walk from the couch onto her arm. Looked it up and it appeared to be a female bed bug. We immediately asked for a refund and left. Both staff members we worked with were friendly and helpful. But the property is a no go.

Let’s just say that the adage, ‘You get what you pay for’, rings true for this stay. With hair in the shower to only being able to get One blanket per room, the experience will be one our family won’t soon forget..but not in a good way. 😟

Good but not great stay

Hotel location is convenient. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had options of bananas, cereal, yogurt, Texas shaped waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage and toast. Only complain is rooms were not cleaned daily, I think it was offered after the 3rd night, so don’t expect fresh clean towels daily. The water in bathroom sink also backed up.

Your will regret your stay here

Terrible musty smell coming from AC unit that never went away. This is a $100.00 per night hotel at best. Save your money and book a different hotel. You will thank me.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was actually pretty good for a budget hotel. The ceiling in our room has black spots everywhere, not sure if mold or smoke damage. When we walked in, we were hit with a very overwhelming strong smell of stale water damage. It's pretty overpowering when you first walk in. The whole place needs a facelift and was overpriced for the two night stay, but we weren't at the hotel much so it served its purpose at having a good bed and breakfast.

Staff were friendly. Overall hotel seemed new and clean. It had an elevator. Pool could have been cleaner. The room was clean, everything worked well, quiet with only a few cosmetic issues. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were both good. Location was good. Parking was good. Only issue was the inflated price.

We had to switch rooms 3x during our stay. The AC was leaking in one rooms throughout the night. You can tell it's been a problem since there are water stains on the carpet from the leak. One of the other rooms smelled like mildew/cat very strong (apparently no animals allowed but that's how bad it smelled). Our whole family stayed, at least 3 rooms toilets clogged. The property definitely needs improvement and some upgrades.
