Quiet getaway on 3.5 acres with a hot tub

Escape to the hill country for some special vacation time with your loved ones.

Located on 3 1/2 acres, this charming 3 Bedroom/2 Bath manufactured home sits on a quiet country road just minutes from beautiful downtown Wimberley. Watch the wildlife from both the front and back decks where the deer roam freely. Take a stroll around the property and enjoy the fresh air and nature all around. There are many great restaurants in Wimberley for dining out. If you decide to stay in, our fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on the back deck will help in preparing all your favorite meals. There are 2 tables in the kitchen area to seat everyone at once for dinner and dessert or to play games. The Living room has a wonderful over-sized reclining leather sectional that seats many! Relax with a movie from our extensive library or stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Or simply unplug from the world and talk, laugh and make memories with your friends and family.

The Master suite contains a super cozy king size bed and Smart TV. The master suite also houses a bathroom with a double vanity and both a large Garden Tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a vanity and the third bedroom has Two Double beds. There is a second bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

No need to worry with excessive packing. All the bed and bath linens are provided as well as kitchen and bath essentials. Just pack your suitcase and groceries (or don't and dine out at our great restaurants).

Come and explore beautiful Wimberley and the surrounding areas. Shopping, swimming, hiking, dining, wine tasting, local breweries and sight-seeing are all within minutes of our home.

This property is on a quiet, family-centered road. If you are looking for a place to entertain a rowdy or loud crowd or have a big party, this is not the rental home for you. We ask that all guests respect outdoor quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. PLEASE NOTE….RATE IS FOR 1 TO 4 PEOPLE. EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $25 PER NIGHT (8 MAX).

House was very comfortable. The large lot was perfect - very quiet. Weather didn't allow too much outside time, but hearing the rain on the front porch roof was very nice. It was literally the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've had. Beds were comfortable, furniture (including the porches) was comfortable and ample. Wimberley is a cute little town. Hosts were fantastic. Even helped with gym recommendations. Everything was top notch

5 Stars all the way!! We spent our anniversary weekend with our friends and had so much fun! The property was so close to town but far enough away to feel like we are in the country! The house was clean and comfortable! The porches are the place to be…peaceful and quiet! Morning coffee was amazing out there watching deer! Our host was the best and so attentive and kind! Perfect place for us-four ladies celebrating two of our birthdays. Nice home nestled among lots of trees. Porch and back deck so nice to relax on. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our host Angela was wonderful to work with.

One of the best places we have stayed at! The host was so thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. The cottage was very clean, and was supplied with everything a house would need.The outdoor areas were just as nice and clean as we spent a lot of our time because the weather was so nice. Angela and Russell are such great hosts! This is my second stay with them and my next one is already booked. There are so many things that make this a great place to stay. The house is clean and prepped with everything we could possibly need. The fire pit and hot tub provide great opportunities to relax and visit with friends and family. It’s close to Wimberley’s shopping and dining activities. All of these make it a place anyone would love to stay but the very best thing, hands down, is the peace and quiet. Sitting on the porch listening to the birds as the sun rises or watching the sun set and the stars come out is good for my soul. Book your stay. You won’t regret it!

We were in Wimberly for my son’s wedding. There aren’t traditional hotels in this area so staying in a home is the only option. This home has everything you need. We bought groceries in order to eat breakfast and lunch there but could have easily made a full meal using the equipment provided. The front and back porches are comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall impression of the property was very positive. It's a mobile home, but it is well kept and very clean. It has sufficient amenities and the beds were comfortable. The property is also very pretty and we enjoyed it for a girls weekend getaway. One point of contention is that the owner charged us 200 for damage to a cabinet that we did not do. She did not tell us until one week AFTER we checked out so it could have happened from anyone, but she charged us. Then she proceeded to accuse us of having more people on the property than what we noted on the reservation because "she lives down the street and saw the cars in the driveway" (her words). She was completely inaccurate and we never had the amount of cars she stated, but she was still unwilling to reverse the charges. Additionally, she never provided a quote for the (which I seriously doubt was 200). Have rented probably close to 100 short term rentals in my lifetime and NEVER had an issue like this. Besides the owner (which I'm sure she will completely absolve herself), the property was nice.
