Very nice and relaxing getaway. The cabin was nice, clean and equipped like a hotel room. We were able to grill comfortably, the grills are across from the cabins. The pool was not the cleanest and the grass was pretty long which is understandable since we have had a lot of rain. The checkin and out was very smooth and everyone in this town was nice and friendly.

For the price this place was a very good place to stay. It's conveniently located to nearby restaurants and stores. Unfortunately, due to current drought conditions the Canyon Lake water levels were extremely low. Also, the pool water was murky, I don't know what type of filtration system is being used. Overall, a very good place for the price.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We went with 3 other couples and fit comfortably. The views were great and within walking distance from the lake. Kitchen was short on coffee filters, which they brought the next morning, but other than that everything worked and was specious enough for all the "chefs" present. It also had utensils for the BBQ pit...all we had to supply was the charcoal and meats. We did have some issues with the outside lights and a broken door knob but they sent someone to fix them the next morning.

We booked 2 nights in the upstairs suite but only stayed 1 night. Not worth 150$ per night. - Dirty sofa - Rust in bathroom sink - Dirty kitchen sink, old food from previous renters - TV did not turn off - very outdated, old and dirty furniture - no good night rest because of mattress and being triggered by dust mites - pool could not be used. Was milky, could not even see the floor or last step of stairs - no staff on site to bring up these concerns

This property and surrounding are great. We stayed on the cabin, and we have our own parking space. They can do some clean up with the bathroom and toilers and they are peeling off and making it uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils and BBQ place are good.
