This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a cozy and comfortable retreat for up to 4 guests. It's perfect for a small family or two couples.Inside, you'll find two master bedrooms with queen beds, an open floor plan with a dining area and living room, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all the kitchen tools and cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combos and we provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.One of the highlights of Water Haus LITE is the stunning view from the deck surrounding the home. Take in the breathtaking scenery, relax in the hammock, have a barbecue with your crew! In the evening, sit around your fire pit and make s'mores!The property offers direct access to the Guadalupe River, where you can soak your feet, go tubing, or do some fly-fishing. The back patio is perfect outdoor games (we provide corn hole) and you can also relax on your private balcony with a cup of coffee while watching the cranes swoop over the water.Water Haus LITE is conveniently located between the 3rd and 4th Crossing on the Guadalupe River, offering a less crowded but still enjoyable tubing and swimming experience. Downtown New Braunfels and Gruene are a short drive where you can explore fine dining, entertainment, and fun activities. Canyon Lake is just a few miles away, offering opportunities for boating and nature walks (check out Overlook Park!)For larger groups or special occasions, we have additional riverfront homes available on site, accommodating up to a total of 48 guests.
