♥ Your own Fully Furnished Private Apartment, newly renovated, in downtown New Bern
♥ 1.5 mile to Carolinas East Hospital. Drive, Bike, or even walk if it's not too hot!
♥ IF you are booking direct, PLEASE READ. We no longer do security deposits. What we do is we charge a $50/month "management fee" which we use to buy a damage protection policy. Additionally, to reserve the unit, we require a 25% of first months rent deposit upon confirmation. The additional 75% is due the day you arrive.
