I stayed at Peruna Cave Hotel for about 5 days and as a solo female traveller I can honestly say I felt like I always had support and assistance at every point. I want to highlight Seyit and Garan who both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, booked for activities and also shuttled to and from the airport. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I know there are many cave hotels in the area but you cannot replace genuine attention to all your needs. The room was perfect, traditional cave experience with unique decor and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, a left turn takes you to all the attractions of Goreme like a main street with restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Also a short walk will lead to the bus station which can take you to nearby towns like Nesevhir and Avanos and also there are a group of ATMs nearby. As mentioned earlier, they can assist with booking tours like red/green tour and balloon rides. I recommend Peruna as a premium option for visit to Cappedocia!

Best cave hotel in Cappadocia!

The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed in a cave room and everything worked properly. Every inch of the hotel felt like Cappadocia. Wow, the views! It was nicely decorated and the staff was extremely friendly. We felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

Very interesting, unique property. Our room was spacious, with views of the mountains and town all around. One wall was part of an original rock cave. Many outdoor areas to relax and best of all the host was excellent. Very informative, patient and helpful.

The location is perfect — tucked away on a quiet street, just a short walk from the center of Göreme. We had easy access to restaurants, shops, and tour pick-up points, but still enjoyed total peace and stunning panoramic views of the valley. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. The staff at Peru A Cave Hotel are some of the friendliest and most helpful people we met on our entire journey. They helped us book hot air balloon rides, ATV tours, and even arranged airport transfers with ease and care. You can feel they truly want you to have an unforgettable experience. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious Turkish breakfast — fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, olives, eggs, and strong local tea — served on a lovely terrace with breathtaking views. Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise from the rooftop is something we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Cappadocia and want to stay somewhere that combines comfort, character, and heartfelt service, Peru A Cave Hotel is the perfect choice. 5/5 – Highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about our hotel. The cutest cave room, nice people and great food in the hotel restaurant. The view from the terrace was superb to watch hot air balloons in the morning. Fantastic stay. I have stayed in hotels, weekly, for 35 years. This was one of the best. Exceptionally clean. Everything that is needed was in the room (except the safe which was there but not bolted down!). Super quick service at breakfast. Perfect location - and we always got picked up/dropped off 1st or 2nd on the tour buses due to our position in the town. Cannot rate the hotel highly enough

Really nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. It's a set meal with the hot food varying slightly each day. Staff are super lovely and are very helpful. The only downfall of this is that they spend 30 minutes at check-in giving you all the information but there isn't a chair to sit in so you have to stand the whole time talking down at them while they sit. And if there are multiple guests checking in then you have to wait out in the heat like we did with no offer of water. It would have been much better if they showed each guest to their room so they can rest first and then guests return to reception at a later time for information and tour booking etc. Also their tours costs quite a bit more than other places (they offer the exact same one with same inclusions) so do a bit of shopping around.

The staff was perfect. Warm greatings, excellent help with putting together our own tour agenda and they arranged the ballon flight for us. They even made us box breakfasts to take with us when we left early on our final day before the regular breakfast. The restaurant breakfast was a complete turkish breakfast and outstanding.. The room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Fantastic views from the decks and confortable couches to watch them from. Superlative experience all around.

I loved that I was able to see the hot air balloon sunrise from the terrace in my PJs. I loved that it is half block away from Goreme downtown. The people were not as friendly as I would’ve liked but I am not sure if it is cultural. However, anything we needed they help right away.

Peruna Cave Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Goreme! The staff are super friendly especially Sayed (front desk). He was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel special from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! He helped me book my private transfers to/from airport and our hot air balloon excursion with a very reliable company (Nazar Balloons). The location was very walkable and the breakfast was AMAZING! We booked the family suite and our group of 5 were very comfortable. The beds are SO comfortable!! If I come back to Cappadocia, we will definitely stay here again and we recommend to everyone!

Our stay at Peruna Caves Hotel in Goreme, Cappadocia, was truly exceptional! The family cave room was stunning, warm, and offered a unique experience unlike any other. The restaurant boasted breathtaking views and served what can only be described as the best breakfasts in the world. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the town center. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, assisting us from the moment we booked until our departure. They organized all our tours and transfers and provided invaluable local recommendations that you won't find online. We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable getaway!
