Gaia is this warm and family home where it is nice to live, a completely renovated house located a few meters from the beach of Dourveil !



The accommodation :



Conveniently located, 300 meters from the beach and the GR34 which will take you to the point of Raguénez and its island (much appreciated for its fishing on foot), this house is the perfect spot for a family vacation.



A real family room of 140 m², it will delight you with its volumes, as soon as you arrive discover a spacious entrance that serves a first master bedroom with bathroom composed of a walk-in shower and a king-size bed.



You will enjoy spending time in its large living room where the dining area, the living room as well as the kitchen (with a filter coffee maker) linked to the rest of the room. All renovated and decorated in a modern atmosphere and open to the outside to contemplate the view of the sea and its magnificent sunsets !



Every room has a warm and unique atmosphere, thanks to the tapestry that adorns the walls. Upstairs, you will find a second master suite with en-suite shower room, a third bedroom with a double bed as well as two children's bedrooms composed of single beds, a bathroom and a toilet complete this set.



On the outside side, enjoy the tranquility of a sunny terrace and a beautifully wooded and fully enclosed garden. Equipped with a comfortable garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue on the end of the day will be even more beautiful.



The entrance to the house allows several cars to be parked during your stay and the garage can store your beach and/or surf equipment. Dourveil Beach (within walking distance) is famous for its surf school where you can schedule an internship or lessons during your holiday.

Ps : Tahiti beach near the house is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in South Finistère. With its large stretch of white sand lined with turquoise blue water, it feels like Polynesia ;)

Loved the location. The house was well equipped - mainly - but was missing some basics. We had topay extra for linens and would really have appreciated some beach towels and we had to buy tea towels and kitchen towel.

Helles schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick. Tolle Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Leider waren zu wenig Frühstücksteller vorhanden und das Besteck war in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Der Kühlschrank verlor Wasser und der Griff war defekt. Reparatur erfolgte am letzen Ferientag. Lt. Beschreibung von Fewo sollte es einen Wäschetrockner geben. Dieser war nicht vorhanden. Lt. Hausverwaltung hat das Haus keinen Trockner, das sei ein Missverständnis!Der Kamin war nicht nutzbar, hätte zunächst gründlich gereinigt werden müssen! Die Toilette in der 1. Etage und die Schlafräume waren nicht abschließbar.

Wundervolles Haus mit Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist toll, in fünf Minuten ist man an einem schönen Sandstrand, der sich auch gut für Familien eignet. In der Umgebung gibt es alte Städte zu wie Quimper und Concarneau zu erkunden, falls man mal nicht baden mag. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war immer freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir waren auf jeden Fall rundrum zurfrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
