Clara and I offer you our fully renovated, air-conditioned 50m2 apartment, with a private garden of around 100m2, including garden furniture and a BBQ for sunny days. It's ideal if you're cycling to Nevers, or just passing through for the week! The apartment consists of 3 rooms on an elevated ground floor with a private garden belonging to us. It features a fully equipped kitchen within the main living area, a small lounge with a convertible club sofa (with a standard length of 190cm), and a bedroom. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Nevers train station, and buses (lines 4, 5 and 13) stop 10m away if you don't want to walk. If you're arriving by car, it's easy to park in the street opposite the apartment (free parking spaces are always available). You're also just a 10-minute walk from the center of town and the Loire River, making it ideal for an afternoon or evening stroll. Access to the Loire beach for swimming in summer. If you'd like to do some sightseeing, we've put together a short guide to the must-see addresses in the immediate vicinity. You have at your disposal all the consumables that Clara and I usually use (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, etc.), as well as clean towels and all the necessary bedding. Senseo coffee machine with coffee and tea are provided. A washing machine with detergent is also available. We accept pets on condition that you leave the accommodation and garden clean. High-speed internet, high-definition TV with Apple TV 4K, Netflix and Amazon Prime are included in the price. 2 additional screens with HDMI cables are also available. Finally board games are also available if the weather's not cooperating! We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay (by phone, we won't bother you, we promise!) if you have any questions or need advice about Nevers. See you soon!

Excellent week-end dans ce logement, très agréable et très calme, le jardin est bien équipé avec le salon, nous avons mangé dehors avec plaisir, les oiseaux sont nombreux et nous avons eu la sensation ďêtre à la campagne. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Notre hôte Thomas est vraiment très gentil et c'est très agréable ďêtre reçu par lui.De plus j'ai dû le contacter pendant le séjour, il a répondu rapidement à ma demande.Je recommande ce gîte et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Je n'ai pris aucune photo, mais les photos correspondent bien à la réalité du logement.
