This property, rented in its entirety for your greatest comfort, is composed of:

1) a villa (the "Villa Condry") of 170m² with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people and with direct access to the swimming pool,

2) an independent house (the "Condrysienne") of 40m² with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people in total independence,

3) an old barn with a magnificent new indoor swimming pool (heated all year round to 29°C) accessible directly from the Villa or from the garden,

4) a vast green park of 4700m² not overlooked with a large terrace and its petanque court, ping pong table and a dedicated area for children (playground, trampoline, zip line).

For the "Villa Condry":
- On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance with table football giving access to the Villa as well as the swimming pool, a large living - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room,

- The lounge area has a large flat-screen TV and board games.
For the dining room, a large family table for 14 people awaits you for convivial meals.

- The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso and traditional coffee machine).

- The laundry room offers washing machines and dryers.

Upstairs, you will find:
- A master suite with 1 bed 160x200 and private bathroom,
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200,
- A bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed,
- A mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds,
- A large shower room,
- A landing with games, TV and extra daybed,
- A second level with a workspace (desk, screen, keyboard and mouse available).

For the "Condrysienne" (air-conditioned):
On the ground floor, you will find:
- a living area consisting of a lounge area with large flat-screen TV and a dining area.
- a kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
- a shower room.
And upstairs:
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
- A mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds.

Finally, the barn has been completely renovated, with large bay windows and direct and secure access from Villa Condry, and has a 7x4m heated swimming pool for magical moments all year round!
For your safety and comfort, the pool has an electric shutter.
Within the pool area, you also have a beach and a bathroom with toilet.
And because your comfort is our priority, bed linen and towels are included.

The Villa Condry and the Condrysienne have free access to very high-speed internet.

The property is located 5 minutes from the shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, supermarket...), 20 minutes from the champagne cellars (Côte de Sézanne) and the Ferté Gaucher circuit, 30 minutes from Provins, about 1 hour from Disneyland and 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris.
