Located in an old farmhouse renovated 19th century, our two classified 3 * cottages, with a capacity of 6 (LITTLE HOUSE = 75 m2) and 2/4 (COTTAGE = 45m2) people are equipped and decorated with care for your greatest comfort while retaining the charm of the old: beams, wood stoves in each of the cottages.
THE TWO GITES COMMUNICATE AND CAN FORM A SINGLE PERMITTING TO HOST A GROUP OF 10 PERS.
The Oasis welcomes you in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, where you can enjoy all the Périgord treasures in
a green and peaceful setting. On site, the summer kitchen, the living room
garden and pool semie dug (6m x 3m75), for moments of relaxation with family and friends. Nearby (1.5 km), the town of Neuvic with all its shops, castle, leisure center (kayak,
swimming pool with slides, mini golf, sports fields ...) and direct access to the Route de la Vallee de l'Isle Cycling for unforgettable walks and hikes, with short breaks to discover the typical products of the region (foie fat, honey, and .... sturgeons !!). Périgueux, Bergerac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies or the city of Brantôme, little Venice of Périgord are waiting for you for holidays that will delight young and old alike!
Come with family, couple, friends, we also host working groups for seminars or traveling in the region for short or long stays.

 THE LITTLE HOUSE (75m2) can accommodate up to 6 people:
 - BEDROOM 1 "LA PARISIENNE" (double bed) with its bathroom and toilet (ground floor)
 - ROOM 2 AND 3 "LA MEZZANINE" (double bed) AND in a row "LA GROTTE" (single bed X2) with shower room and WC (upstairs)
 - Living room with sitting area and kitchen
 - Private terrace

THE COTTAGE (45 m2) can accommodate 2 people (+1 or 2 children on extra bed)
 - "THE NEW YORNAISE" ROOM (double bed) with its shower room
 - Living room with sofa bed (= extra bed)
