Opened in 2011, this comfortable 4-star holiday home (available all year round) with a living area of 60 m² is located on a 1,000 m² plot. The local beach is about 600 meters away. The modern 4-star hotel has a spacious open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. You always have your own terrace with garden furniture, sunscreen and barbecue. For the cooler days (autumn, winter) ensures in the house next to the underfloor heating in the living-dining area, hallway and bathroom, even the stove (1 basket full of wood is included in the rental price) for a pleasant atmosphere. The comfortable bathroom has a spacious shower and separate bath and is equipped with towels - hair dryer - facial tissues in the rental price are included: · Bed linen, towels, tea towels · Fully equipped kitchen incl.
