Apartment '1' with Shared Garden

Apartment 1 is located in a historic villa over 150 years old and under heritage protection. The apartment is ideal for three to four people. An impressive staircase leads you to the first floor. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Pets are also not allowed. A final cleaning fee will be charged separately; please ask the host about this via the booking platform.



From July 1, 2026, the municipality of Neuried will charge a bed tax for guests over 16 years per night gegen Aufpreis. This fee is in addition to the rental price and is payable on site upon arrival.
