This historic farmhouse is situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters, commanding a panoramic view of the Biella Prealps. Nestled in a quintessential mountain landscape of woods and pastures, it offers an ideal setting for revitalization, relaxation, and meditation, as well as a perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, or more challenging treks. The property sits within a 4-hectare estate that includes meadows, a vegetable garden, an orchard, a stream, and a small pond.
The tastefully renovated interiors offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere featuring exposed stone, wood accents, and terracotta flooring. Two spacious rooms—formerly the stable and the hayloft—serve as the common areas; they are currently used as a breakfast room and a practice space for yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and autogenic training.
The two-room apartment is located on the first floor and features a private entrance, a dining area with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace (50 sq. m; sleeps 4).

Merci infiniment à Teresa pour son accueil très chaleureux. La décoration et l’ambiance du logement ainsi que de le paysage étaient magnifiques et apaisants.Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir de la neige.Les enfants ont pu s’amuser dans le jardin.Nous espérons revenir bientôt !
