Pictures do not do this gem of a place justice. Check in was a breeze, the pub is quirky, but the accommodation was fantastic, quiet, comfortable and clean....all wrapped up in a 300 year old stone building. Such a beautiful spot, probably our fave and would love to return.

The bed was nice comfortable we had a big room right at the front with a lovely fireplace . The water in the shower is to hot the mixer Tap needs replacing.

Excellent location in chipping Norton town. The room was very nice, clean and well equipped. Staff were nice and friendly. Only negative is it was very noisy in the evening until 11pm but then it was over a pub so to be expected

I loved the room, it was so cozy, really nice old fashioned inn style roof but with a soft, cushy bed. Very spacious and lots of amenities within the room, tv, kettle, everything you need.

Lovely stay. Bit noisy as on the main road through chipping Norton. Expedia advised this as bed and breakfast however we were advised before arriving that they don’t serve breakfast as they don’t have a kitchen.

We had a nice stay in The Kings Arms. Unfortunately the beds were very 'springy'/quite soft and whilst it was fortunate that we had two single beds, we both slept very poorly. We had to turn the mattress on one of the beds as a spring had come loose and was poking through making sleeping uncomfortable. Parking was adequate - we had a parking space one night not the second, but long stay was only 5 minutes walk away, so not too much of a problem. No breakfast in the pub, but a good cafe 100 metres away.
