Welcome to our nice ground floor apartment of 80 sqm with a large sun-drenched terrace (at 60 sqm) and with direct access to the pool right outside. The house is surrounded by a lush garden in a quiet area just 200 meters from Burriana beach. On the terrace there are both dining table, lounge furniture, sun beds, basket chair, a gas grill and a stone grill. A perfect place to spend long days on. The terrace has sunbathing all day.
Newly renovated fully equipped open plan kitchen with open plan living room, two bedrooms and two toilets with shower. Kitchen table, sofa and armchair with footstool in the living room. Private parking behind locked gate, good wifi via fiber (60mbit), Sonos speaker, X-box, Apple TV, Samsung 4K TV with both Swedish and international channels available.
There is A-C / heating in all three rooms. Master bedroom has newly purchased beds that are 230 cm wide with memory foam mattresses. Exit to the terrace from both this bedroom and the living room. Bedroom 2 has brand new beds, one is 120 cm and one is 140 cm. It is possible to book an extra bed for the living room if you need it.
