Traumhafte Lage

Wer Ruhe mag, schöne Ausblicke schätzt und doch in wenigen Autominuten in einer Kleinstadt wie Nerja sein mag ist hier richtig. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit 2 tollen Terrassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr ist reichlich da, nur gibt es leider nur 5 Messer, Gabel, Esslöffel. Auch Becher gab es 5 Stück, so dass täglich die Geschirrspülmaschine lief. Ansonsten war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich ruhig. Am Hang gibt es einen kleinen Hobby Tierhalter und die 4 Hunde und der Esel haben besonders nachts ordentlich Lärm gemacht. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort lief sehr professionell und problemlos.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view, spacious terrace and nice pool.

The apartment was very nice and we were comfortable. Wifi good The apartment needs a handbook describing how to order taxis (including the address they recognise in Spanish), sights to see, how to work the TV and TV box etc. There was nothing in the apartment to welcome us and tell us about the area, where the bins are etc. Visitors need the information to make it stress-free. Sandra was very helpful on WhatApp but I would have expected the information to be at hand. Need to tackle the ants in there too. I also suggest a clean mid-stay. The pool also needs to be cleaned more regularly.
