Beautiful, recently restored village house in the old part of Nerja just a 7 minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and the local beaches, as well as all the local attractions.Located in a pedestrian street the house is laid out as follows:On the ground floor there is a spacious, modern fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven plus all necessary kitchen equipment) open to an equally spacious living- dining room equipped with an extendable dining table, with capacity for up to 6 people , plus a comfortable sofa .There is also a pretty interior patio on this floor that lets in an abundance of light as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find a smaller lounge which is equipped with a large smart TV offering a large selection of channels , in addition , there are two double bedrooms , both equipped with two beds that are joined , resulting in a large bed of 1.60 x 2.00m plus a cloakroom . Via an external staircase on the second floor you have access to a beautiful roof terrace with mountain views that is equipped with a table for six people, plus two sun loungers. There is a small pergola and a large sun umbrella that allows for sun or shade throughout the day. We also find an outdoor kitchen that is equipped with a gas BBQ, small fridge and a sink and a shower where you can cool off.
