Studio with small balcony on the 2nd floor with morning sun towards the courtyard where you see both the mountain peaks and a glimpse of the sea. Compact and modern small apartment. Studio with well-equipped kitchen, fresh toilet / shower. There is a small dining table with chairs, and seating for two on the small balcony.

Just 400 meters to the nearest beach and the Balcon de Europa.Convenient and close to everything - restaurants, shopping, people - and the beaches! That is why all our apartments are named after Nerja's beaches. The closest is to charming Caletilla and iconic Calahonda on the Europa Balcony, and to both the lively beach of Burriana in the east with all the water sports, and the quiet expansive Playazo in the west, it is about 1200 meters beautiful walk.
