It is in an old hardware store, fully restored, that the Henri IV loft apartment, located on the 1st floor of a quiet street, will seduce you with its location and its great comfort. Entrance with airlock: garbage room. This is THE place to stay in Neroc!

This was our first time staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, as my husband had stayed in the upstairs 2-bedroom for a previous trip to Nerac. When we planned our family trip back to Nerac, we did not hesitate contacting Bruno to check for availability. This is where we wanted to be. The apartment is wonderful - large living area and long kitchen table to set out our farmer's market delicacies and charcuterie, glasses for wine, local floc, and armagnacs. Bruno's communication was always timely and very responsive, whether through email messaging or on What'sApp. Bruno, thank you for a lovely stay in the beautiful town of Nerac!! We definitely will be returning again!
