The perfect compromise between a hotel and a short-term rental. This tourist accommodation, located on the 1st floor (with completely independent entrance), is entirely private; cosy and bright, compact yet ergonomic (optimized by a Murphy bed).
Simple interior decoration; flexible furniture (day/night) that optimizes living space.
No TV but fibre Wi-Fi (85 Mbps).
Small entrance area: shoe rack / coat hooks before the main living space, which includes:
a kitchen area, fully equipped (table-top fridge / sink unit / 2 hotplates / extractor hood / microwave grill / capsule coffee machine / dishes / shelves / folding shelf...)
a desk area (shelves, folding table)
a sleeping area: Murphy bed, wardrobe area with 5 shelves / 3 hanging rails
Bathroom equipped with shower (80x80), sink with drawer cabinet, illuminated mirror cabinet, towel radiator, hairdryer & WC.

two lovers cocooning for a few nights
visiting family independently
exploring the region during the day and relaxing in a practical place in the evening
Stay >2 weeks: with or without linen = adjusted rate (on request)
