Staff is not very friendly. Rooms don't even smell clean and if you walk without shoes, your feet get black from the dirt!!!!!!!! We checked out a day early, and even chose to lose our money instead of staying there one more night.

The hotel is good and I really liked it.

This hotel is well located near the city center and close to restaurants and malls, shops and pharmacies. Upon my arrival, I was embarrassed because, despite having made the reservation and paid 24 hours in advance, my reservation and payment were not in the bank system. I had been asked to pay to guarantee the stay. However, the next morning it was already in the system and I was refunded the amount paid the day before, and the manager apologized for the inconvenience.
