At the bottom of the hill, you'll find a selection of local amenities, including cafés, a Thai restaurant, a pizza shop, and the popular Tahuna Sprig & Fern. Nelson Airport and Nelson CBD are both approximately 5–7 minutes away by car, while nearby reserves and walking tracks provide excellent opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 5 hours will be included in your booking.



Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Small Children - Due to the presence of the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and stairways, young children will require careful supervision.

• Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host.

• Spa & Swimming Pool use - Use of the spa and swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.


⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.

Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
