The cave room at the chateau is fantastic. Besides a couple of spiderwebs and some steep steps, it is truly a find in the Loire valley. Excellent space, oasis of rest, great sauna, even better hot tub!

We loved our stay at Château de Nazelles! Everyone was so welcoming and kind (including sweet Poppy!) and the setting cannot be beat. Just tucked away enough to feel like a private oasis but an easy and quick drive into Amboise, which was a perfect home base for exploring the rest of the Loire. The Chateau is lovely and an experience in and of itself. The grounds and views were gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully updated and comfortable. Finding the property was a little tricky the first time as our GPS took us on the wrong road. You are about a 10 min drive to Amboise. We really enjoyed our stay.
