The hotel is clean, the assignment room AC wasn’t working, they didn’t check the room before to accommodate the guests. The checkout had to be at 12 but the housekeeper was knocking the door at 9:00 AM, to remember it. The breakfast was horrible so we preferred getting it in another place for lowest price I don’t recommend this place to my family or friends.

We arrived late at night and it was under 40 outside so the first thing we did was turn on the heater and it wouldn’t work. The staff was very accommodating and quickly changed us to a different room with a working heater. However, the next morning, we wanted to make coffee but the Keurig in our room did not work. The second night the hot water ran out after the second person showered and it was only three of us. We chose not to complain since it was a short stay, but we were surprised the amenities were not in better condition.

Desk staff and bartender were very friendly and energetic. Rooms are clean an comfortable. Breakfast bar was well stocked. Food was kept warm and drink options were good. I didn't need it, but I overheard one lady from the kitchen offer to make up some potatoes with only salt and pepper for a guest who had food allergies. That is great customer service!
