Paradores - accommodation in Navalmoral de la Mata

Weird experience. The check in lady acted as if it was her first day on the job and he didn't know what to do with us. Room was very basic. One long pillow for two people to share. There was half inch of dust on both night stands by the bed. No mini fridge or tea/coffee maker in the room. for some reason a housekeeper knocked at our door at 9:30 am. Listing says continental breakfast included. I would say, breakfast was non existent. Again, when we inquire about breakfast in the morning, the lady at the desk had no idea what to do with us. It took her 10 minutes to talk to someone else and issue us 2 vouchers for tea/coffee and a pastry at the adjacent bar. The only good thing was free parking right by the entrance.
