I PREPAID THIS STAY, IN FULL. When i checked in I asked to confirm this fact. I was told that there had been no payment and I would need to pay in full. For the next hour plus we d to work out the problem. I had to search my extensive email cache. I showed the desk clerk both the receipt that clearly showed my payment and another document from my account. I emailed them to him. He also photographed my emails. It was finally concluded that I DID NOT owe anything. Now it’s1:30 a.m.
and I will not get an effective use of the room. I have an international flight and must be at the airport by 8:00 am. This has been dreadful experience.
