The shower was dirty and a used bar of soap was left behind. I called for assistance and housekeeping brought me cleaning wipes and antibacterial spray.

The front desk staff is amazing. We arrived early, but they accommodated us and we were able to get a room right away. The room had a beautiful view of the river and was clean and cozy. The only problem was a bit outdated bathtub and the bathroom fan that was dreadfully loud.

The room was very clean and smelled really good when we walked in. The staff was very friendly at check-in and also at check-out. Our only issue was the shower head didn't spray very well, but it was not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book again.

They had just mopped the suite we had the first night right before we checked in. The floor was so wet with no caution sign or warning, that my 70 year old mother slipped and fell very hard while walking in with her luggage. She was okay but bruised and limping. I told the front immediately and again upon checking out. Although the staff was very friendly, Not even an apology or offer of anything. Also, the cleaning products they use in the rooms and hallways are so strong as to make it uncomfortable. We were overwhelmed by the smell. I have loved this hotel in the past, but I don’t know that I will be back again.

My reservation was for a Superior King with a RIVER VIEW but I ended up on the parking lot side. The room was nice and clean for the most part except for an orange left in the drawer in the kitchette area.

This hotel is overdue for a major renovation. My room’s decor was dated, the mattress was uncomfortable, the AC/heater unit was old and didn’t function properly, and the remote control didn’t work. My telephone didn’t have any buttons to allow me to call the front desk and report my issues. I will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends
