The only thing the property has going for it is the location. The sheets on the bed had been changed and trash taken out and that was about it for cleaning. Aside from the toilet, I don't think any of the bathroom had been cleaned. Definitely not the floor or the tub. None of the staff ever said hello at the desk. The breakfast is underwhelming for sure. The items that are out don't get refilled. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see through the water at all. The only pillows they have are about a foot think and if you ask for something different, you get a look like thats the stupidest think anyone has ever said. The staff definitely need hospitality training on friendliness. The place did it's job for the money, however, lower your expectations if you are going to stay here.

No towels for two days had to dry off with hand towels, I reserved a king bed but got two queens. Floor in room had a joke in floor room 417. Pool water was dirty with bugs. Ladies at front desk really didn’t care. Staff in kitchen for breakfast was great. Area is beautiful.

Booked room through Expedia but when I arrived to check in I was told by Desk Clerk that there was no rooms available they were booked up. She never checked my booking when I told her I had booked with Expedia. Received a call later from Grand Hotel Natchez, Ms regarding check in. Explained to her what happened and she advised I would have to get my refund from Expedia as that is who I booked through. Please refund my payment made to Expedia thru my PayPal account. Thank you. The hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and I loved the breakfast. The halls were warm, and my room was not clean. When I got there, the room was not furnished with towels. I had to find the staff cleaning rooms to get towels.

Stay was good as usual, but it was too hot in the hallways, at least put a fan in the hall to move air, and I don't like the volume button on the t.v. stating what the volume is. I was in room 420.
