We were pretty upset when we returned to our room and up above us was loud music and jumping on the floor that continued for hours. we complained, there was another room who complained but they didn’t stop to make a long story short we ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night. We paid for a suite and ended up in a regular room. Front desk Staff was amazing and the gentleman that I believe worked as maintenance was great, however, housekeeping, and a couple of other ladies from the kitchen were extremely rude and not friendly at all.
