This beautifully decorated property with an Art Deco motif has a wonderful staff with the added bonus of 4 adorable dogs that reside in the hitel greeting guests.

Uniquely decorated place. Friendly and helpful staff. Their restaurant was closed for dinner. It was their vegan options in the restaurant that attracted us to this place unfortunately.

Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed

This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!

The owners are so nice and everything is simple and easy. We loved the cool decor. The food is good and the room has everything you need. It is comfortable and feels safe. We chatted w the owner for awhile. He was super nice and gave us recommendations for our travels. 10/10 would stay again

We loved our stay at Vinnhaus. The interior is gorgeous, elegant, and inviting. You can tell whoever designed it put in a lot of care and thought to it. The entire hotel is super clean. The breakfast is all homemade and the bread and pastries are especially delicious. We needed some help from the staff during our stay and they were super friendly and truly a lifesaver. There are also four super chill dogs. We would absolutely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Puerto Natales. Highly highly recommend.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Vinnhaus. The entire property had a very posh Versailles feel about it. The owner of the property, and the staff, take a lot of pride in ensuring you have the most pleasant experience during your stay. There are so many positives to add about our stay. I hope these help the reader… Excellent customer service, very engaging, and staff takes proactive actions before you realize your needs The room is exquisite and had a beautiful 19th century Parisian feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing!, and the room/bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff held our bags for 8 days while we hiked the O Circuit. The breakfast was a great touch and very feeling. It was cute to see the dogs around the property, and if like to enjoy a nightly bar…they have that as well. We would highly recommend Vinnhaus and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Puerto Natales again. Excellent experience.
