I am very happy that I chose this hotel. It's next to the water and walkable to downtown. The staff there were very nice and helpful, especially Paula. She helped us with our issues and took very good care of us. We truly appreciate her services!

Property is modern and clean. Situated outside of town, 40 minute walk into town, 8 min drive to the airport. Heating is controlled centrally, personally 24c is way too hot. Breakfast is limited and basic. I wouldn’t rate the breakfast at all. Restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays which isn’t ideal with the location.

A little expensive for what you get. Nice rooms with big windows with sea view. However outside of Puerto Natales town, so not much around (and hotel bar and restaurant closed on Sundays) and breakfast was very basic.
