Great choice

Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

Gorgeous and peaceful hotel in Ponta Negra

The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful ocean views. The several pools (some heated) are surrounded by trees and different kinds of plants. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make you feel at home and bring small sweet treats and a free bottle of water to the guests every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a great place to spend a vacation. I was using the resort for work purpose and it's lovely! For my fellow American folks, this is a lovely place to spend a vacation with your family and loved ones. The downside is that they English is almost non-existent and very limited! This is ABSOLUTELY an amazing hotel. The service the hotel offers is very hard to find. The location is fantastic and the hotel, rooms, pool and beach area is definitely a visit worth while. The spa therapists are among the best I have tried. Don’t hesitate to try it out. You won’t be disappointed. Overall a hotel with the GREATEST service ever.

On the fifth day of my stay (and mind you up to that point they never were THAT KIND) the generator caught fire, we were left at the lobby of the next door hotel. I had to FETCH MY OWN TAXI (no staff from the hotel helped me, thanks GOD I AM VERY FLUENT in Portuguese) and find a hotel at 2 in the morning. FOUND ONE by chance and HAD TO PAY for all the taxis, for my new hotel accommodation and asked the fire fighters for help to get my stuff out my room and the HOTEL.

O hotel, a primeira vista parece um sonho mas depois, virou um pesadelo pelo péssimo atendimento. O ar condicionado do meu quarto jorrava água por 2x em 2 dias. No primeiro dia, falaram que iriam arrumar e mais de 2h e nada foi feito, na recepção falaram que o problema foi a troca de turno. Outro dia, faltou toalha e mais 2h para trazerem as toalhas. No outro, tomamos banho frio e pelo único canal de comunicação, a recepção nem atendeu. Mas, o ápice, num hotel que se diz 5 estrelas, quando voltei do café da manhã, a camareira estava arrumando o quarto sem a minha solicitação, mudou a minha bolsa de lugar, que estava aberta em cima da cama, pedi que saisse, porque eu tinha um passeio e precisava me arrumar e ela não queria sair. Voltei às 19h e o quarto continuou sujo e com as cobertas que ela deixou no chão. E depois, a recepção quis imputar a mim, o fato de não ter arrumado o quarto. A comemoração de aniversário foi um pesadelo. O caro saiu muito caro, este hotel foi uma grande decepção. Fui inúmeras vezes à recepção e não tive retorno, apenas da funcionária Bruna , que nos ouviu. Mas nada foi feito para melhorar a nossa estadia.

Equipe é muito gentil , as refeições são saborosas. O café da manhã é excelente ! A área da piscina é muito agradável , com bastante natureza, árvores, animais silvestres. Gostei muito! Ótimo para relaxar e ter dias de paz.

Sim, a piscina era agradável. O atendimento na piscina era um pouco lento. Eles não iam à praia, mas o atendimento no restaurante e no café da manhã era maravilhoso. Recomendo o hotel!
