Family-friendly!

This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

以前八ヶ岳にも連泊で伺い、とても良かったので今回も家族で連泊しました。全体的に満足度高かったのですが、1）連泊だと毎日同じご飯なので変化が欲しい、2）サラダ（ミニトマト）にカビが生えていたのが残念でスタッフの方にお伝えしました。

子供の遊び場がありとても有意義に過ごすことができました！ウェルカムドリンクもアルコールからコーヒーやジュースまでおつまみもありどれもおいしかったです。 お部屋は階ごとで綺麗さは変わっていそうです。私が泊まったお部屋は少し壁紙にシミや床に飲み物をこぼした跡などがありましたが、不便なく過ごせています。ご飯の席も優遇が効いている場所もあり良かったです。バイキングは全て美味しいです！ただ、目玉商品があればいいのかなと思いました。 またぜひ利用したいです！

ビールをたくさん飲むつもりで楽しみにしていたのに、ウェルカムドリンクと夕食の時にしか用意されておらず、ガッカリしました。 温泉後の喉をビールで潤したかったです。 バーにも、限られた酒類しかないなんて。飲むものが無く、結局は売店で缶ビールなどを買う羽目に。こちらに泊まったら飲み物には困らないと思っていましたので残念でした。

入口とに公園みたいな広場があり喜んでました。入ってすぐにもこどもが遊べるスペースがありました。 ウェルカムドリンクのコーナーが充実していてドライスナックやラスクがおいしかった。ただナイトタイムは子連れだらけでゆっくりなんてできません。ワンドリンクくらい部屋にもって行けた方が静かに過ごせる空間になるんじゃないかと思いました。隠れてドリンクもっていく人がたくさん見受けられました。 時間になっても取りに行く客が多くスタッフはかわいそうでした。 大浴場はゆったりしてました。 ドライヤーはリファでなくパナソニックのドライヤーでした。 バイキングはチェックイン時間で予約になっていて16:00でチェックインしたら19:30の最終でがっかりした。時間になり楽しみに行っても皿は空で盛っていく物がなくて困った。補充が遅く時間内に食べれない。時間きれで食べきれず残したのが心残り。トングはベタベタ、しゃぶしゃぶお湯が汚いし交換一切しないので高そうな肉がかわいそうでした。、刺身においては品切れ。そそくさと札を隠しありえない。スタッフに伝えたら謝罪があり、翌日の朝食はちゃんとしてました。片付けはテキパキとしててよかったです。もっと早くしてほしかったです。 フロントやバイキング会場のトイレは替えのトイレットペーパーの芯と袋が散乱、ゴミ箱溢れて汚い。個室にゴミ箱ダストボックスあれば見た目きれいになったのにな。 春休みの時期で平日でもたくさん人がいるのも分かりますが、スタッフ不足が否めません。 いざ寝ようと思ったら常夜灯がきれてがっかり。廊下つけて寝ました。二度と行かないと思いました。 星がたくさんついていたので期待が高かった分がっかりが多かった。星もつけたくない。ただ高い金を払わされました。 マナーの悪い客もたくさんいたのは事実です。もう少し促すポップがあっても良いのでは。 さばけないだけの客を入れたのがミスなのだと思った。
