Welcome to Paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. 9A is a second floor villa accessible with an exterior stairs. Inside it is all one level and has a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
Please note if your time is not available or you wish more space we have 2 additional villas at Sunrise Beach Resort 1 other 2 bedrooms # 361431and 1 3 bedrooms # 1290 all on VRBO. Please message if needed.

This Villa has been renovated and has Tropical style furnishings. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and smart TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired.
The living area comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed, smart TV -including Cable for sports fans.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis, or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided in home. Great experience at this property. Host was very accommodating with transportation to/from the airport needs. The unit is very well equipped. We lacked for nothing during our stay. Short walk to Atlantis (less than 15 minutes). Great pools and lovely beach. We would book this particular unit again.

Family Vacation

The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas. The beach was very nice and relaxing . There were 2 pools on site. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to different restaurants and to Atlantis. John was an excellent host. We would definitely rent unit 9A again on a return trip to the Bahamas.

Amazing Beach Vacation

My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay in this villa! We have a 7 and 11 year old who thoroughly enjoyed the property. The villa is very well stocked, plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys and great A/C! The washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver!! The kitchen was well supplied as we only needed to purchase the food items we wanted! John’s communication was perfect! Great check in/check out instructions! We really enjoyed the Smart TVs so we could view our fave shows even away from home. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the Bahamas and would love to stay in another property owned by John if he has others available!!

Fantastic Getaway

First time writing a review.Communication with owner was great. Everything was exactly as stated. Condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults. Donella, property manager, was a great point of contact and provided transportation to, and from, the airport (about 25 minutes). Raven picked us up and provided a quick tour on the way in, as well as a stop at a local grocery store for some food and necessities. Restaurant on premise, Viola's, has really good food, and great drinks. Best place to relax, unwind, and enjoy.

Great location

Loved the location of this condo, 2 min walk to beach, pool right downstairs, and a balcony facing the water. The host John was very responsive and available for anything we needed and was very helpful in sharing tips on places to try in the area. Condo is a little dated and could use some fixing up, but John was responsive to any concerns we raised and the location made up for it!

The view from the balcony was beautiful! What a great get away. We enjoyed our stay and wish it could of been for longer. John was very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for non-resorters

We had 3 adults, 1 teenager & 1 child. Great size condo for all 5 of us. Perfect view. Steps away from soft white sand. 2 pools was a bonus! John supplied everything we needed and more! He has chairs, beach toys, toiletries, all kitchen utensils. John himself was beyond helpful to us! The only thing we needed to pick up was food. Marina village is no more than a 10 minute walk or about 3 blocks. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend him & his community to others.

Wonderful Stay

We could not have asked for a better experience! We had set up our ride from the airport with the property manager which allowed us to speak directly to her about not only the rental but the area as well. The space was exactly what were looking for, not wishing to stay in a hotel room with a family of four. Jon went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ice maker and water cooler were wonderful. Having beach chairs meant we did not have to rent any on the beach. There were a lot of beach towels for our use, which was also helpful, as was having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was perfect for us to have breakfast and lunch on site and only going out in the evening for dinner. We were provided with great local recommendations and the property manager or host were always available if we had any questions. The location was perfect—close to [local attractions, beach, restaurants, etc.], yet the private beach meant there were not a lot of people directly in front of our location. We met family and friends who all had reserved spots in the same complex allowing for time together. I would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable set up. Beautiful view of the ocean from the front window and porch. Nice pool(s) and beach. Lots of steps which I did at age 83 but they are there to the unit and to the beach. Violas was good, friendly restaurant, though sometimes slow. Taxis available easily. Everything in Paradise Island is expensive because of 15% plus 10% and maybe even a small tip. Enjoy!

Perfect location

We had a great stay! The condo was as described - clean, well-appointed, and with a spectacular view. We thought the location was perfect - short walk to Atlantis and Marina Village but it was lovely to not have to fight the crowds at the pools and the beach. The new in-unit washer and dryer were another fantastic convenience. John was super responsive and so helpful with any question or request.

Amazing location, amazing villa and extremly well orgainzed and equipment with everything anyone may need. The ownwer has thought of everything. Bring your food and drinks and enjoy, or eat at violas steps out the door. Amazing ocean views, pool and beach at your back door. We travel frequently and highly recommend this villa.

Great Stay, everything as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay in John’s unit. First off, John is really great to work with. This was our first time in the Bahamas and he was very helpful with recommendations of where to go, how to get there, things to do and places to eat. The unit is probably the best overall unit in the complex. Great location, Very clean, updated (beautiful kitchen) and probably the best bed and nights sleep! We read some previous reviews about the on-site restaurant (Violas) and most were spot on. The food was really good, best place to eat for affordability, but the wait times were also very very long. We knew this going in and expected island time but the service was so slow. It was pretty much every meal so we just planned ahead as the location and prices can’t be beat. We did not rent a car and walked to the local store on the island along with most other restaurants. Taxis are plentiful if you don’t want to walk. The beach is incredible, turquoise water. We were in the ocean a lot even with some bigs waves and some off and on showers. The beach was not crowded at all and John’s chairs were very helpful. He has plenty of beach towels and previous reviews were spot on about the drinking water. John provided ample drinking water, Thank You John! If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful and wonderful place to stay, you can’t go wrong with John’s condo! Thank You John!!!!!

The condo is in a great location, right off the beach and was well furnished. The host provided detailed information for the stay and was very responsive to inquiries leading up to and during our trip. Parking was available, allowing us to use a rental car. We would definitely book again if returning to the Bahamas.

Great place!

The view was amazing from the patio deck. The sounds of the Waves crashing while reading was tremendous. Close enough to everything yet far enough from the crowds. Violas bar amd grill was a pleaseant surpise being on the property and saturdays DJ was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your place.

A Little Piece of Paradise

9A – what a great unit! Loved the high ceilings, stained glass shower, and overall décor. Thoughtful additions like the water cooler and ice maker are much appreciated! The king-sized mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had at a VRBO! There are plenty of towels and beach towels (they also smell great). Paper products are supplied which is a big savings – like with the water. Also nice touches like plenty of well-placed charging stations and tons of great info from John before you go! Print his pdf and bring with you as a reference guide. The water at this beach is GORGEOUS!!! The beach was almost a private beach for us. We sat on the balcony every night. Donella and Ravin were the best and great for transportation and overall info! Would recommend Tyrone’s Nassau Tour, loved him and his daughter! The bartender at Viola’s pours a healthy drink too. So glad I chose this VRBO for our first Bahamas vacation! Thanks for all your help John!
