The only reason it was a 4 star versus a 5 star complete rating wise is because the pancake machine was out of order and that’s what my kids wanted for breakfast. That and the eggs and sausage weren’t very good. But it’s a hotel breakfast for ya.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and has exceptional staff. The breakfast was good. Being right off the highway, traffic is a little heavy but easy to navigate with a little bit of patience. Within 15 minutes of multiple great restaurants and a mall with stores like Sephora & Lululemon.

Somewhat dissatisfied

The check in went well. Our room had a musty, mildew odor. The door to the bathroom gives zero privacy. It had a huge gap in it allowing a visual of anyone in it. It would not remain closed. Breakfast could use a few more options and be more easily accessible. Maybe putting an additional coffee stand at a location away from the breakfast bar would allow for easier access.

Our stay was good. Staff was polite and attentive. Our stay was good. We couldn’t understand why the air would kick off, soon after the heat would kick in. I felt like the air and the heat were fighting against each other. I have never seen this happen before at a hoteli

Hotel and rooms are clean enough. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the location was in the parking lot of massive semi truck stop so the area around it was loud and dirty.
