This is a one bedroom mother-in-law suite on the ground level of a single family home. Centrally located, this is the perfect place for one or two travelers.
Broadway: 13 miles
Franklin: 6 miles
Leipers Fork: 11 miles
Nearest Coffee Shop: 1/2 a mile.
Features to Note:
* Guests enter through red door into a hallway. The door to the suite is on the left at the end of the hallway & has its own lock & code.
*Living room
*Kitchenette
*Washer and Dryer
* Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is important for guests to note the follow:
*This is a mother-in-law-suite attached to a single family home.
*Guests have their own space, except for a shared hallway that leads to the unit.
*There is a cat at the property that will get into the main house through the shared hallway.
*The suite has a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, and toaster oven to do some basic cooking.
Guests have full access to their suite, it is a private unit that only shares a hallway to the unit. The family that lives upstairs is very quiet and only has adult children.
A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
