There are too many things to rave about! The service was incredible, the attention to detail with all the small things. Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Large, well equipped rooms and exceptional bathrooms. The dining room decor was not memorable and not inline with the beautiful architecture of the building.

The staff, amenities, location, and history sets the Hermitage apart. We had breakfast every morning at Drusie & Darr by Jean-Georges, and it was wonderful. If you’re into luxury, style, and heritage, then the Hermitage is for you.

I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again
