Located really close to downtown it’s the perfect place if you need a stay in a pretty big apartment at a decent price. The bulging, the unit, the common areas are well well maintained and really clean. Going to downtown is really convenient, it takes 5-7 min with an Uber and costs about $8, there is no public transportation close by. The only inconvenience was the train honking day and night.

Wrong Room and Terrible Experience
I had had two separate reservations for conservative days after deciding to extend our trip for an extra day. We arrived at the property at 4:00 to check in only to be told the room was not ready. This caused an issue as it messed up the timing for our trip. When we finally got in our room just after 5:00 we discovered it was a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. However, we had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and this one would not work for us. After speaking with the manager she stating she could give us a refund since they were fully booked and didn’t have another room for us. I asked if they had another property to that we could move the reservation to since we still needed a place to stay. They were able to get the reservation switch to a nicer location in the Downtown Nashville area. I asked and was told that both reservation for both nights would be moved to the new hotel. Once I arrived at the new property I was told only that nights reservation was transferred and would have to contact the property I left. I had to spend time outside of the concert we were attending to try and remedy this issue and was unsuccessful in doing so. I ended up having to pay to book at room at the Downtown location for the second night at double the cost of the first. I have spoke to managers at both locations asking for the difference in room cost to be refunded but they have been unwilling to do so.
