Perfect spot for a group! We came for the Tomato Fest and were able to easily walk to the event. The beds were comfy and the apartment had all the basic amenities. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Nashville Stay

This rental is perfect for a group of friends that wants a nice place to hang out in between checking out Nashville. Very cozy and walkable to many Nashville restaurants and bars!

Good for a weekend, bad for a week

This is the kind of place you stay if you want to go party on Broadway and eat most of your meals out. The street traffic is very loud and starts early, including the trash trucks that empty the dumpsters at the nearby restaurants and businesses. We had a lot of issues and the property did not seem well cared for or clean. However, Stephen with the property management company was communicative and helped us resolve the issues.

The propety was in a very convenient location and close to so many restaurants and a beautiful park. The beds were comfortable and it was a very good use of space. We loved the decor well. Most of all the property manager was responsive and extremely helpful in all aspects.

Short uber to Broadway

Loved this cute condo. The listing pictures are exactly the condition of the condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The condo location is just a short uber to Broadway and it was easy to navigate the city from this location. There are security cameras on the property and the parking lot is well lit. I felt safe on the property and the door has an extra security lock. The property manager checked in before during and at check out. He was most attentive and seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the condo. 5 star rating and I have no hesitation in recommending this condo to others! Thank you for hosting and sharing your adorable condo with us.

Nashville girls weekend!

The condo was cute, clean, and listing was accurately described. Within walking distance to several restaurants and short Uber to 12th Street shopping and Broadway nightlife! We had an issue with the code at check-in but property management resolved it within 30 minutes. Owner was great with communication. We'd definitely stay again and recommend to others.
