Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the entire home inside and outside including the use of private driveway with optional locking gate. Front and backyard is fully fenced with private front and backdoor entrance for guests.

Important Notes Before Booking This Home:

→ Though a single-story home, it is only accessible via small steps at both entrances.
→ The home is located in an urban neighborhood that is home to both businesses and residences. Many of the homes on the street are older and in the process of being renovated. You are choosing our home for its proximity and interior comfort.
→ The standard min stay duration is 1 night on weekdays, 2 nights on weekends however this does vary during certain seasons and events. The maximum stay is 14-days however if you have a unique situation you would like to discuss, please message me.
→ The rates are dynamic which means that they change based on day of week, season, etc. Please enter your exact dates and guest count to calculate pricing. We charge an extra guest fee per night per guest for any guest count over 4 (our max guest count is 6).
→ Guests under the age of 21+ are more than welcome however the person booking the reservation must be 21+ years of age (this is a legal requirement by Davidson County).
→ The home is located on a bustling street with through traffic and you may hear street noise or people passing by.
→ No dishwasher
→ We follow all regulations of Davidson County, including holding a permit, following quiet hours and occupancy restrictions. Even if you do not choose this home, I hope you stay with another permitted host.
