The service was okay. Wasn’t good but wasn’t terrible. The room smelled like an animal had been in there previously and it was very humid. also, they advertised a stove top being in the rooms, but they don’t give you any pots/pans/utensils lol. also the self check in kiosk is very horrible. I personally wouldn’t come back.

brand new hotel. room size was great. you also could tell nobody working there cares about keep up. stair way dog pee was there for 2 solid days also on the main hallway floor. i really did like it was a very secure place. i felt safe. you needed your room key to get into the main hotel. love that never seen that before.

Usually don’t have a problem with this hotel until lately. I checked in late after 10:30pm. Room was half clean. Floor was dirty and had not been swept. Lamp had no lightbulb. Microwave and kitchenette countertops were dirty. Hair was on the wall in the bathroom. There was no remote and blanket. Asked guest services to just give me a broom to sweep myself because it was late and I had already bought my stuff in and, a roach was in the broom. Hotel is fairly new but it’s seems that staff is half doing the work. Note to self, check condition of the room before settling in.
