Good Place to Stay

TV kept freezing/dropping signal at night, which is not great when you have a toddler who is wanting to watch TV. There were some ants in the bathroom. Bed/pillows were in good, comfortable condition. If not for the TV issues, this would have been a perfect stay.

The room was clean and the free breakfast was great. The television would not stay on for more than 3-5 minutes without losing signal. When we called the front desk the answer we received was "I don't know why." This was for the entire three nights we were there. The Placery was also closed the the entire time we were there.

The hotel was nice. Had to wait to check in has there was only one person at the front counter on a Friday night. The room was nice and clean. The beds were a little firm. We asked the housekeeper to just replace the dirty towels, and she did not. We asked the front desk for towels that evening so we could take a shower, and they did not bring any towels. Furthermore, we had to go to the pool and get towels from there. Both times at breakfast you had to wait to get a seat, and not all the food was out to eat. There is a lady who requires assistance in the food service area. Why would you put waffles out for breakfast if you have no syrup? Parking was not bad. There was room on the backside of the hotel. With the many options available, we will not be staying there again.

This hotel is in a great location in a beautiful setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast is really good. It has a nice outdoor pool and fitness center.

Property was clean and comfortable, if a little out of date. I was diasappointed by the blankets offered for the pull out sofa. They were thin cotton and our daughter was cold despite using two of them. Breakfast was pretty standard fare for a breakfast included hotel. Coffee wasn't great but was better than other hotels we have stayed at. Overall i felt we got good value for money and friendly service.

Nice hotel and staff

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and they had a very nice breakfast in the morning from 7-9 I believe was the times you could enjoy a free breakfast.

The hotel was ok. They didn’t clean our room. When I called to ask they said they only clean upon request. So we had to request fresh towels. My parents had an emergency and missed their flight and they still charged them for their room. I probably wouldn’t go back.
