I could not get a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning because the restaurant closed at 9:30. That’s ridiculous! Only thing available was the instant packets in our room. The staff directed me to drive off site to get a cup of coffee.

Charging a $25 fee to access a room that is already ready before the official check‑in time reflects poorly on the hotel’s guest experience. In addition, restricting Diamond status members from accessing the executive club simply because the reservation was made through Expedia is a very disappointing practice that undermines loyalty to the brand.

Easy to find hotel. Self-parking. Rooms are spacious. Balcony, but check to make sure it is locked before leaving your room or going to bed.

Free coffee

Nice hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant food was delicious but they charged $4.50 for a cup of coffee but there was free self service coffee 10 steps from the restaurant- the restaurant was an open floor plan. So grab your coffee before sitting down to order breakfast. Other than that great place

Had a few issues with my room. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was a little different - shower didn’t drain properly, fridge dripping water, bed was lopsided and the room had a musty smell. 😔
