Fall Roadtrip

This is a very comfortable house in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The house is well furnished and has everything needed for a good stay. It is very convenient to historic downtown Franklin, about a five minute drive away. The host is very easy to communicate with and is responsive to any questions or requests.

wonderful stay

This home was perfect while we were in between moves. The neighborhood is lovely and so close to downtown Franklin! Marette was a pleasure to work with and she was in constant communication with us during our stay if we had any questions. A beautiful home on a quiet little cul de sac. Cozy, comfy bright and cheery!

Average Old Home

Home was older and excepted pets which is why we stayed there. There were carpet stains that the homeowner claimed we made with our dogs but DID NOT!!! They wanted more money to have rugs professionally cleaned when someone else was responsible for them. My note of caution for this rental or any others if something is not right when you get there contact the host so they know the problem was there when you arrived, so they cannot claim you did something that you did not do. Also, if you are looking for a property within walking distance to downtown Franklin this one is a really far walk and a short drive.
