When i checked in i was told tere was a $220 Damage Deposit since i paid through a third party. Paid the deposit and went to my "suite". Right across from the elevators. When i opened the door the first thing i noticed was the hole in the carpet and how filthy the carpet was. I went back to the front desk to ask about another suite and was told none were avaliable. I have not recieved a refund on my deposit and the desk claims i never paid one. The same employee that gave me a receipt.

Our group of 5 people spent a night at the hotel for convenience. Not the greatest but did its job. Shower was okay and a little rusted. The sofa bed sheets had stains on in and had to go down ourselves to pick it up after calling the front desk. I’ve stayed at other embassy suites but this one wasn’t great. Good complimentary breakfast and decent restaurant. Gets the job done if you’re staying for a night or two. Free shuttle was easy to find.

Staff wonderful Breakfast and happy hour always an added bonus - hotel is a little used but comfortable beds and very nice lobby area - always enjoy the low feeling that embassy provides !

Everything was great! We had problems with our TV connection first night that we wanted to relax, but your hotel made a change of our room. I would say improve in having better wifi or TV connection for your guests. Thank you for moving us to a better room and solving our problems with TV issues.
