Lamp didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Alarm clock one hour off and locked so could not change it. Housekeeping entered room two days ignoring do not disturb sign. Omelette station had crusty uncleaned machine. Elevator doors stuck. Deposit not disclosed though asked cost at check in. Sink fast drip whole time. Toilet paper roll holder broken. Musty room. Dirty carpets throughout. Let front desk know and the seemed sincere and issued partial credit. Staff seemed nice otherwise. Just extra outdated

We got there in the middle of a storm. Got checked in and went to the room and the door wouldn’t close. Went downstairs and unfortunately the storm knocked out their computers. The staff was great! They were checking in guests and personally walking them to the rooms! They immediately changed our rooms helped us move our things (traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids). Got us in our room then later after computers were back online manager personally delivered our room keys! This was a great place to stay! Food was great!

Great staff is always comforting. Young black guy working the omelette s very personable and even walked an older couple their omelette to their table. It is the small gestures that make a huge impact.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I was hoping for a relaxing and quiet night away from the family. Definitely not what happened, there was a party in the parking lot until 2am which happened to be outside my window. I called the front desk twice. The noise was over my sound machine. Not how I wanted to spend my evening.

The property needs to be updated and remodel. Very old and outdated. I would not stay in this particular hotel again. This was the worst Embassy Suites I ever stayed in.
