So friendly, staff is so caring and management seems to be even better. Had a drink at the hotel restaurant next door and bartender was part of management team for hotels!! He was so cool and gave me a great recommendation for my dinner selection. 10/10 very very happy!

We enjoyed our stay. It has a Nashville country singer vibe, very stylish. The breakfast was superb, however i would suggest stronger plastic ware. Very quiet, staff amazing. Loved it.

I love how new the property is and how clean it feels.The towels are still soft! What?! The rooms are modern and I appreciate the storage space for my things and our pets. I could see how staying here for a week would be great! The parking lot does fill up on busy weekends but the walk was minimal. They have 2 styles of carts to unload which saved my life since I arrived before my spouse who was driving a moving truck after loading. We are moving here from Louisville with two cats and my apartment would not be unloaded until the next day. There is a pet fee but it counts for both my cats for up to 4 days! We ended up tacking on extra night stay very easily since the cats are stressed and we have not gotten to unpack anything yet. The cats are extremely comfortable here and have a wonderful window ledge they are enjoying sunbathing. Despite the place being pet friendly, unlike other hotels, I never heard other animals barking or crying. I honestly think was such a blessing for us during an extremely difficult time in our lives. Will at the front desk is phenomenal - very friendly, great tips about the area, and was very helpful.

The best
My wife and I are on the road travling every other month. Which requires us to stay in different hotels along the way. The Comfort in in Gallatin is the cleanest hotel and has the nicest staff weve experienced since Covid. If your looking for a Hotel near Nashiville I strongly suggest Comfort inn and suites in Gallatin. Its only 30 kins minutes for Nashiville and all of its activities.
