Really nice hotel!

Wanted to bypass traffic in Nashville on our way south and took a bypass that landed us at this awesome hotel. I do not do a lot of reviews but this hotel was worthy!! Very clean, comfortable and desk staff were very nice!! We will definitely book here again if we travel 65 towards Chattanooga.

Staff was fantastic. Spotless throughout. Elevator was noisy and was out of order for day. After serving still noisy but it was functioning. Severe water leak which flooded the exercise room and adjoining area, and rendered the exercise equipment inaccessible and useless for the full duration of my stay, left us that full day with NO WATER, shower, toilet. My door passkey failed and had to be reactivated. The staff dealt with each issue with polite professionalism and were helpful throughout the difficulties. I held off submitting my review to allow the owners to offer some level of compensation for our troubles but I it doesn’t seem like it will happen. 3 rooms, thank you. THE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL WAS FANTASTIC!
