The room was ok, a typical budget hotel. The breakfast was better than most complimentary budget hotels. Convenient to get to. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived, waited about 15-20 min before we were greeted. The check in process was very slow. The bathroom was SUPER tiny. The sink area was tiny, couldn’t feet a toiletries bag on it. But overall, It was fine for the price.

Really small bathroom for someone who is claustrophobic but everything was perfect ! Loved how clean it was and how close to everything . Staff was great and always had a smile on their face . Will definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay. Nice, clean, good sized room, comfy beds and pillows. Not a lot of Breakfast options but mini omelettes with cheese was good. Walking distance to some restaurants and music venues. I also like that the parking lot is well lit. Need improvement on the speed of lift.

When we checked in our room was on the first floor it smelled really bad almost like wet dog. It seemed damp. We asked if we could be switched to another room and they were able to switch is to the 2nd floor and it was much better. Location was very convenient to get the Opry. We did have a rental car.

Staff is lazy

The room itself was acceptable, but we encountered an issue in the morning. My husband and I were passing through Nashville for work and didn’t get to bed until around 2 a.m. At 8 a.m., we received a call from a hotel employee informing us that our vehicle was allegedly blocking another guest from accessing their car. When we went downstairs, we found that we were in fact parked well within the designated lines. The other guest had already left by the time we got there. We recorded a video of our car as proof and showed it to the hotel employee. He simply apologized but made no real effort to verify the situation himself—it would have taken just a couple of minutes to inspect our parking spot. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering there was no clear indication of what we were expected to do differently. Were we supposed to move to a different spot, despite being parked correctly? The situation felt unnecessary and poorly handled.
