The Staff was extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay at Club Nashville. The hotel offered free breakfast as well as, two free drinks and appetizers during happy hour. There was transportation available to those who wish to visit downtown. I was also given a list of local restaurants to visit. All the information was given to me without having to ask for the information. The conversation areas, dining hall and swimming areas were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend time in Nashville.

Great Facility

I was skeptical about staying at a non-brand hotel. While front desk staff needs training in hospitality, I was very pleased with the facility. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, nice tv, etc. I will stay there again.

Place wasn’t too far from the main road. Nicely secured, requiring a key card to even get into the parking lots, and then also for the buildings and rooms themselves. Staff wasn’t your usual “southern hospitality” friendly, but they were still nice enough. Reservation also came with 2 adult drink tickets and appetizers, for each night of stay…which I, sadly, did not get to use, but would have definitely been nice! Pool area was nice and staff replenished towels, while we were out there. Water temp was warm too! Room itself was large enough to move around in…and beds were comfy enough. Room also contained a refrigerator…but it was located in the same area as the bathroom entrance/bathroom sink…which was a little strange. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

This place looks like a disaster on the outside and it’s in an area that’s a bit run down but the inside is fantastic. Checked in while everyone was in line for the complimentary drinks and it was like a party atmosphere. The rooms and inside are very clean and the breakfast is next level with tons of seating. Overall liked this place!

We really enjoyed our stay.at this hotel. Location a little ways from downtown or from Grand Ole Opry, but not absurd. Parking wasn't an issue. The breakfast was lovely. The pool area was very nice. We also liked the indoor hot tub sauna area, in case you didn't want to be outside.

They made us feel very welcomed, and offered a lot of extra benefits such as Happy Hour, bus shuttles, & more. The only thing I noticed was an off-putting smell in the room.

Staff yelling in the halls late at night. Mowing crew started working at 8 am right outside balcony door. Very unprofessional. Have stayed here several times before with no issues. Will not stay again after this visit.
