All of the staff I encountered went out of their way to be friendly and helpful! Give those front desk ladies a raise! The hotel was nice for a quick overnight. Plenty comfortable.

The lady who worked the evening shift was so kind and gave the best recommendations. She was there every night and always greeted us like friends and always had a smile. The place was so quiet and clean and the breakfast was really good too. We will probably use this hotel again for another nashville visit in the future.

This place was budget friendly. The ladies at the desk were friendly. The parking lot is gated and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was great and the complimentary drinks at the bar were a great way to get the night started. They had a free breakfast and the shuttle to broadway was exactly what we needed. Its $15-20 a person but thats not bad if you take into consideration how much they charge for parking downtown. We have stayed here twice now and would stay again.

Although the property is starting to show its age, it is very clean and well maintained. We had no issues whatsoever. Happy hour was fun, the pool was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We will be back!
