Easy and convenient to downtown. Spacious and very comfortable room with huge window views. Very unique and modern decor and the bathroom was huge in our King deluxe. Pretty quiet for being in a city as well. It’s brand new and has some growing pains; staff still learning but all were extremely friendly and accommodating. The lobby area restrooms were very dirty and 2 of the 4 were closed for maintenance. Our room was cleaned however not vacuumed as we had crumbs left on the floor and empty coffee cups not discarded. All said I would return as I do think they will get the kinks of newness worked out.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk to get to all the things on Broadway (about 10-15 minutes depending on pace).

Wonderful stay. Husband and I had a date night out, property is in a great location. We were greeted at check in by Kelvin, he was so friendly and answered any questions we had. Our room had a spectacular view. Everything in the room was spotless and perfect

The hotel was incredible clean and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Also, for the location, the price wasn’t bad at all! I will most likely stay here when I’m in Nashville for the foreseeable future. 10/10 stars!

The service at the hotel was a mess. We parked our car in valet the night before because it was the only parking available. We got up super early the next morning to get a head start on our cross country trip. There was no one at the supposed 24/7 front desk. I had to ask a kitchen staff to find someone to help us. After waiting for 45 minutes, someone finally came over. I gave her our valet ticket and she kept us waiting for another 20 minutes. Finally I asked again when are we getting our car, she laughed and said, “oh I didn’t know you are waiting for your car. Our valet doesn’t start work for another hour.” By that time we were already an hour behind schedule. Then we were told that our valet did not put our parking spot on the ticket so we would have to lug all of luggage into the garage and walk ard a 3 floor garage to find our car.
