Spotless room. Friendly accommodating staff especially during the Nashville Ice Storm disaster of 1/26. It became a home away from home for me even though my house was a ten minute drive away. Convenient and life saving. Thank you so muchf!

The good: the staff were friendly. The bad: spoiled milk and soggy sausages at the breakfast buffet. Shower heat was inconsistent. There was a used wash cloth from the previous guest in our room when we arrived. The mattress was hard.

Room was clean. Compact with memofoam beds that take about an hour to feel comfortable and you enjoy waking up to get out. Part of the reason for this hotel booking was my Silver VIP that thwy didnt honor. Then told mw its just a little gift basket. Breakfast couldn't stay warm enough to go from the serving station to you table unless it was a wafgle or pacake. Spend the extra money i will next time.

The room was fine, clean, staff were nice. However we were placed right by the elevator and it was so noisy from 10:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. People were getting off the elevator yelling, running, some arguing. The bed in our and our friends rooms were like a brick. If you like extra firm, then you would be fine. The location was good.

The customer service was top notch and the facility and rooms were clean. The only thing we had issues with is how hard the mattresses in our room were. They are a firm memory foam. It felt like sitting on a brick then slightly sinking into it. Then when you tried to move you were stuck laying on a bump your body created in the previous position. It was very odd. We also felt like the walls/doors are very thin. We could hear our neighbors conversation clearly, and at one point I woke up in the middle of the night thinking a strange man had gotten into our room. I could hear him talking as if he was pretty much standing by the bed. He was outside the door. Needless to say it wasn’t the best nights sleep.
