The staff members from the manager to the valet parking staff were all very nice and pleasant. They showed us respect and courtesy. I loved to hear their greetings with smiles. Our room was clean and nice and more than 3 times as big as our usual hotels! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom is HUGE. We really enjoyed our stay in a vacation mode .

Wasn’t crazy about the parking. I would rather park my own car. I don’t like waiting for the valet to get the car. Valets were great but could without it. Plus the hotel wasn’t that busy

Room was dirty. Trash was not empty when we arrive. The hotel has a bad smell. To top that off the shower handle was broke when we tried to cut the shower on. House keeping sucks at this location.
